Do Something Different in South Africa

?? Do you want to do something different in South Africa ??

Weather it is your first trip to South Africa or your third you may not want to do the usually recommended itinerary's of Cape Town and the Garden Route and although these are gorgeous areas you may just do something different in South Africa.

I would highly recommend the Mpumalanga region. This region in Northern South Africa has access to many wonderful sights. This area is less commercial, more authentic and it is beautiful plus if offers easy access to Kruger National Park.

My Highlights would be the Blyde River canyon which is the 3rd largest Canyon in the world, with fabulous waterfalls (depending on the season of course). Gods window, is a must see, a great photo stop overlooking the length of the Canyon and offers really breathtaking views and totally istagramable photo opportunities. Bourkes potholes can also me seen. These giant potholes have been carved over centuries by pebbles swirling around in pools the water then runs on into the Blyde River itself.

Pilgrims Rest is an old gold mining town that became part of the gold rush and well worth a visit, it is really interesting too. From here you can access Kruger National Park for your Safari. Some of the best safari experiences and lodges are located here.

With all of these areas incorporated into your trip you will have one fabulous African adventure.
